PIXEL 2019

19th December 2019 witnessed the 7th year of Intercollegiate BMM festival Pixel 2019 at N.G. Acharaya and D.K. Marathe College, like each year, this year also Pixel was grand and Iconic.

Principal Dr. Vidyagauri Lele, Vice Principal, Ms Akila Maheshwari  and Head of BMM department, Mr Yogesh Dhanjani wholeheartedly supported  Pixel. With them the faculty of the BMM department Asst Prof Sana Shaikh and Asst Prof Subha Subramanian gave their support and encouragement to the students to make the fest a success. Whole crew and the work of the Pixel was handled by student chairperson Mr. Shubham Karnick and vice chairperson Mr. Vishal Raj.

The theme of Pixel 'Guns and roses' was a great success. It depicted the good and evil in every one and showed two contrasting vibes effectively, The event started at 9 in the morning and all were grateful to have noted actor Mr. Divay Dhamija as a Chief Guest. He inaugurated the event and encouraged and appreciated the students by his great words.

The day was filled with 14 exciting sub events with that the flashmob was performed by students to add entertainment to the event. This year there was Dhol arranged by Shivaarambh Dhol

The first event Photography was started after inauguration in college campus. With that Cricket, Commentry and Sports videography was started simultaneously on the college turf.  Mr. Swapnil Agaskar was the Judge for photography. After this the Debate and Digital Painting event started in seminar hall and media lab. Mr. Prathamesh Patil judged the debate.

The Ad-making event and the RJ hunt started in classroom and seminar hall respectively. The main and last event of the day was Fashion show and it was held in college campus in presence of Mr Jitendra Giri.

After this the prize distribution took place. Overall, Pixel 2018-19 was a grand success and experience for students.
